Only he who sees the beauty takes off his shoes. 

That's very nice, but a little backward. 

No. I say only he/she who takes off his/her shoes sees the beauty.

 The lenses, the eyesight, the worldview matters. We can debate it: chicken or egg? Does seeing or what one sees come first?
